Vitamin E
Vitamin E promotes the growth of new skin cells and establishes firmness and elasticity in the skin. It is provided in a supplementary form and can be found in whole grains, green leafy vegetables, almonds, and mangoes. If you have heart disease, diabetes, hypertension or hyperthyroidism, consult your doctor before taking vitamin E. People taking anticoagulants should consult a doctor before increasing vitamin E intake.
